Required Documents: Submit the following to complete your application:

• Student's birth certificate
• Recent report cards and standardized test scores
• Contact information for current teacher(s)
• Educational evaluation reports (if applicable)

We love helping each child shine. Our student assessments are intentionally designed to ensure academic and social readiness for success at TCS. Individual assessments are administered based on the applicant’s rising grade level. On campus, shadow experiences are required for 1st through 8th grade applicants.

After your child’s application and assessment have been reviewed, a member of our Admission Team will connect with you for a family follow-up. This conversation allows us to share insights, discuss next steps, and answer any remaining questions. For TK and Kindergarten applicants, this follow-up is typically held in person; for all other grade levels, it is completed by phone.

Our Admission Team prayerfully considers each individual candidate for enrollment. Upon completed review of the candidate's portfolio, the admission decision will be promptly communicated to the family. Decisions can be accepted, waitpool, or unable to serve. A family interview may be required.
