Strategic Plan 2026-31

Two young children with curly hair, wearing school uniforms, are standing together and smiling in front of a brick building.
A group of people, likely students, are walking on a grassy area in front of a brick building with windows.
A group of young students, wearing school uniforms, are engaged in a physical activity or dance in a gymnasium with blue walls.
A group of young students, some with braided hair and glasses, are gathered together with their hands clasped in a prayer-like gesture, against a blurred background.
A group of young students, each carrying colorful backpacks, are walking down a hallway with lockers and posters on the walls.

At The Christ School, we believe every child is created in God’s image, uniquely gifted, and called to glorify Him in all things. Since our founding in 1996, our school has partnered with families to provide academic excellence through an individualized, Christ-centered experience.

As we look ahead to 2026–2031, this strategic plan reflects both our steadfast mission and our bold vision for the future. We have prayerfully considered how best to equip students, strengthen programs, and steward resources so that The Christ School continues to flourish.

The Lion HEART framework organizes this vision around five pillars: Health; Excellence; Academics; Resources; and Teaching. Together, these priorities guide our community in preparing students who are not only ready for the next academic level, but also confident in their identity as children of God and devoted to serving others.

Mission Statement

The Christ School partners with families to provide academic excellence through an individualized, Christ-centered educational experience.

Every program, every lesson, and every relationship reflects our commitment to nurturing both intellect and faith, preparing students to live fully for God’s glory.

The Lion Heart Framework

The Christ School is committed to providing academic excellence through an individualized, Christ-centered experience. As we look toward 2026–2031, our strategic plan reflects this enduring mission while preparing our students, families, and community for what lies ahead.

Our plan is built around five pillars, forming the word HEART: Health, Excellence, Academics, Resources, and Teaching. Together, these pillars capture the essential dimensions of growth for our students and our school.

Each pillar is rooted in Scripture and connected to our Portrait of a Graduate. They represent not only what we do, but who we are becoming as a community devoted to Christ.

Psalm 73:26
“My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”

Looking Ahead

The Lion HEART Strategic Plan is more than a set of goals. It reflects our faith, mission, and commitment to the students and families we serve. Each pillar represents an intentional step toward a stronger future, rooted in God’s Word and inspired by the vision of who our graduates will become.

As we move forward, we invite you to walk with us. Pray for our students, our teachers, and our leaders. Partner with us as we nurture hearts and minds for Christ. And, celebrate with us as God continues to bless The Christ School with growth, joy, and purpose.

Together, with God’s strength, we will equip a generation of learners who are curious, kind, confident, and ready to shine for His glory.

Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
